Description
This portable self feeding poshomill is equipped with a suction tube. It can automatically absorb corn, wheat and other grains into the crushing chamber without manual feeding. High suction power saves lots of labor, ideal for small farms and households.
With built-in suction device, the self-suction grinder generates negative pressure during operation to draw dry grains directly from sacks or ground into the machine, realizing automatic feeding and continuous crushing.

Operation Steps of Auto feed Poshomill
Step 1 Pre-operation Inspection
- Check whether all screws, hammer blades and screen mesh are fastened and intact.
- Install the suction pipe tightly and make sure there is no air leakage. Air leakage will weaken suction force.
- Place the machine on flat solid ground to prevent severe vibration.
- Verify the voltage matches the motor requirement; ground the machine safely.
Step 2 Start the grain self feeding poshomill
Switch on the power and let the grinder run idle for 1–2 minutes. Listen for abnormal noise or shaking. Do not feed materials until the rotor reaches full stable speed.
Step 3 Suction and Crush Materials
- Put one end of the suction tube into grain piles or grain bags. The negative pressure will automatically suck dry grains into the crushing chamber.
- Do not suck hard foreign objects like stones, iron nails or glass, which will damage hammer blades.
- If suction becomes weak, check for blocked screen or air leakage of the pipeline.
- Replace screens with different hole sizes to adjust feed fineness as needed.
Step 4 During Operation Safety Rules
- Never put hands or tools close to the suction pipe or crushing chamber while powered on.
- If blockage occurs, cut off power first before clearing stuck materials.
- Avoid long-time overload operation to protect the motor.
Step 5 Shutdown & Post-use Maintenance
- Stop sucking grains and keep the machine running for a while to discharge all leftover materials inside.
- Cut off the power supply completely.
- Clean residual powder in the crushing chamber, suction tube and screen mesh to prevent mildew.
- Lubricate rotating parts regularly and store the machine in a dry place.
