Description

The banana stem shredder is a professional green fodder processing machine, widely used in banana and plantain planting areas. It can quickly crush fresh banana pseudostems, stalks, leaves, vines and various green forage into uniform soft feed, perfect for pig, chicken, duck, cow, sheep and goat breeding.

The whole plantain trunk shredder adopts thickened all steel plate welding, equipped with high hardness manganese steel cutting blades, durable and not easy to deform.

Two power options are available: 220V/380V electric motor and gasoline engine to meet off-grid farm demands. Four universal moving wheels are installed at the bottom for flexible transfer between farm plots.

Working Principle

When the Banana Tree Shredder starts, the motor or gasoline engine drives the cutter disc and blades to rotate at high speed. Put whole banana trunks and stems into the feeding inlet; the high-speed blades continuously cut and tear the plant fiber into small fragments. Finished soft fodder is automatically discharged from the outlet for direct animal feeding or silage storage.
