Working Princinpal
When the hammer mill starts, the motor drives the rotor and hammer blades to rotate at high speed inside the crushing chamber.
Raw materials like corn, grains, etc are fed into the crushing chamber from the feeding hopper. The fast-spinning hammer pieces continuously strike, beat and tear the materials into small particles. Under the combined force of impact, collision and friction between materials and the sieve plate, materials are ground to the required fineness.
Fine particles that meet the size standard pass through the mesh holes of the sieve and discharge out of the grain grinder.
Operation Instructions for Grain Grinder
Check the grain crusher before use
Inspect the hammer blades, screen mesh and fasteners to make sure all parts are tight and intact. Confirm the power supply matches the grain crusher’s voltage. Place the grinder on flat, solid ground to avoid shaking during operation.
Feed materials properly
Start the grinder first and let it run idle for 1–2 minutes. Then add dry grains slowly through the feeding hopper. Do not throw hard foreign objects like stones or metal into the chamber to prevent damage.
Adjust grinding fineness
Replace screen meshes with different hole sizes to control the thickness of finished feed. Smaller holes produce finer powder, while larger holes make coarser particles.
Running and discharging
Qualified crushed materials will automatically fall out from the discharge outlet. If blockage occurs, stop the machine immediately before clearing the stuck materials. Never put hands into the crushing chamber when the machine is powered on.
Shut down and maintain
Stop feeding raw materials first, wait until all materials inside are fully discharged, then cut off the power. Clean residual materials inside the machine after each use, and lubricate moving parts regularly to extend service life.
