Description

This combined paddy processing machine integrates husking and milling. Paddy is dehulled by rubber rollers, and rice husk is blown away by airflow. Then brown rice is polished by iron rollers into finished white rice. It supports fine bran and coarse bran modes optionally. The machine runs stably, saves labor and improves rice yield greatly.

Working Principle (Step-by-step)

Feeding and cleaning: Paddy is fed into the machine. Impurities like stones and straw are removed first.

Husking by rubber rollers: Clean paddy passes through a pair of rotating rubber rollers. With extrusion and rubbing, the rice husk is peeled off.

Air separation of husks: Built-in fans blow away light rice husks. The heavier brown rice falls down to the next process.

Separation of unhusked paddy: Unprocessed paddy is sent back to the husking section for re-dehusking. Pure brown rice moves into the milling chamber.

Milling and bran removal: Rotating iron rollers grind and polish brown rice. Air injection cools the grains and discharges bran.

Finished rice output & mode selection: Finally, finished white rice comes out. Users can switch between fine bran mode and coarse bran mode as required.
